- Closure of Juba International Airports and all other international airports. Airlines advised to seize their flight in and out of South Sudan by midnight, 23 March.
- The following operations will be exempt
a. Food cargo flights
b. Aircraft in state of emergency
c. Flights in our airspace
d. Humanitarian assistance and flights - All border crossings seize as of midnight 23 March (food trucks and fuel tankers)
- Taskforce appeals to senior government officials to observe regulations
- Allocate 3 million USD to cater for needs of South Sudanese students living abroad
